OPERABILITAS OFFLOADING PADA FLOATING STORAGE REGASIFICATION UNIT (FSRU)

Abstract


Operabilitas offloading adalah availability atau kemungkinan yang terjadi pada momen yang berubah-ubah, saat waktu tertentu, dalam rangka kesanggupan untuk melakukan siklus offloading. Siklus offloading merupakan salah satu proses yang penting untuk diketahui tingkat operabilitasnya. Operabilitas yang dikaji meliputi kemampuan LNGC dalam mendekati FSRU, kemampuan tali tambat, kemampuan fender, gerakan relatif LNGC terhadap FSRU pada midship yang berpengaruh pada sistem transfer LNG, serta kemampuan LNGC dalam menjauhi FSRU. Skema offloading yang dikaji adalah side-by-side. Beban lingkungan yang dimodelkan dalam pemodelan beban pada kajian ini adalah angin, arus, gelombang akibat angin, dan swell. Pemodelan numeris dengan simulasi time response atau time domain digunakan untuk mengetahui respon sistem tambat serta pola gerak FSRU dan LNGC. Berdasarkan korelasi antara kriteria operabilitas offloading dengan skema side-by-side dan data distribusi gelombang dan data lingkungan yang lain, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa operabilitas yang dicapai adalah 100%.
