Emphasizing the development of Solar Hybrid boats, the boatyard integrates cutting-edge technology and sustainable practices to offer vessels that redefine industry standards. The study explores the competitive edge gained through innovative technologies, value propositions, and the market feasibility underlying the business strategy.
